    Hi there,
I cant find anywhere in the configuration where you can see or alter the blocklists for the anti-spam engine. Only where you can manually enter IP addresses. The product blurb states:
New antispam protection integrates technologies such as registered black list (RBL), DNS-based black list (DNSBL), fingerprinting, reputation checking, content analysis, Bayesian filtering, rules, manual whitelisting/blacklisting to ensure maximum detection of email threats.
Can we alter all/any of these or are they fixed?
Have read the manual but it hasnt got anything in it either.
    Regards
    Colin

you can find them in spamcatcher.conf under antispam mail server protection and then clicking the box and choosing for custom --> open config file.

Anybody have any more information on this? Do I block and approve users and domains in this folder using the ApprovedSenders and BlockedSenders files? Nothing via the GUI? Thanks

go to the folder where the spamcather.conf is located probably

    c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\eset\eset mail security\mailserver

in this folder you wil find an approvedsender file and a blockedsender file.
Just add the users you want to block or not to this file and after this
    ( i know it's strange o_O )
disable the mailserver anti-spam and re-enable it

then it should be active and working

It does seem strange as I would expect something in the GUI. Thanks for the confirmation on this.
