ESET Mail Security - good emails are rejected

    Hi,

    We are using the ESET Mail Security for Exchange.
    A lot of emails are flagged spam and are rejected.
    I've entered the senders addresses to the whitelist, but messages are still rejected.
    What can I do the accept messages from these senders?

    I always like to see what happing in the logs open NOD click tools then log file and change the drop down to antispam is the email logged there dose it say retained or deleted ??.

    after this I would open advanced options (F5) and advanced setup expand the anti-spam options and open anti-spam engine then add the domain under safer domain senders

    also make that ESET user manual your best friend
