ESET Mail Security: Error

    We are running v4.3.10025.0 on Exchange 2003. Overnight I received 2 error messages:

    1. An error occurred while updating antispam engine rules
    2. An error occurred while downloading antispam engine data files (10016)

    Is this simply a minor glitch that will sort itself out or something more serious. Is it possible to manually update these files - if so then how?
