    Hello,

Many of you reference ESET Knowledgebase articles in your posts so we want to announce here that the ESET KB Team has been working on a redesign to the ESET Knowledgebase. The redesigned page launched this morning at 9:30 am PST.

The new look and feel includes a Quick Help area with popular content sorted by problem topic, video content more prominently featured on the KB home page, along with many more enhancements throughout the site.

This redesign is Phase I, so look for additional announcements and enhancements in the coming months. We’re excited about these changes and expect it will improve the support experience for our customers.

    Best regards,

    ESET KB Team

    1. In the articles “How do I uninstall or reinstall ESET Smart Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus? (4.x)” and “How do I uninstall or re-install ESET Smart Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus? (3.0)” the string C:\Program Data\ESET must be corrected to C:\ProgramData\ESET.
    2. Some articles are not fit to width. Firefox 3.6:

    foneil,
I truly like the new look of the knowledge base. I do use it as my first stop before I raise a question. Please thank the team for all their hard work.

BTW, the links in your post run backward; the link to V3.o goes to v4.2, the link to V4.2 goes to V3.0. ;)

Is there a KB article to Un-Install V2.7 BE and clients?

    But, it's all good....... :D

Is there a KB article to Un-Install V2.7 BE and clients? See below

I think these two articles cover it; although, it depends on what you are uninstalling.

How do I push install or uninstall to client(s) using ESET Remote Administrator? (3.0) The Push Uninstall section should be the same for v2.7

How do I uninstall or re-install ESET Smart Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus? (3.0) This is for uninstalling on client computer.

    Thanks for the feedback.
