I have already made sure my MS Outlook 2010 is set up for UTF-8, most importantly I can tell this is an Eset problem, because everything works great as soon as I turn off Eset.

When I email the following text:
    ‘single quotes’ “double quotes”

    This is what I get:
    ‘single quotes’   “double quotesâ€

The quotes are being replaced and blank spaces are being replaced. This error occurs both in my send box and in the emails that people receive.

    Notes: Eset Version 5, Windows 7 64bit

    Just curious

Did you place a check in the box labeled "Automatically select encoding for outgoing vCards" and click "Unicode UTF-8" on the drop-down menu?

Also, place a check in the box labeled "Allow UTF-8 support for the mailto: protocol." then click OK. :thumb:
