    Hello,

I have installed ESET File Security Server 3.0.21 for Linux (RedHat Ready) on Redhat 5 Enterprice.
I have run almost everything. The one thing which doesn't work is downloading files from quarantine using www (page Control/Quarantine)

When I press download button and try save, Internet Explorer says somethnig like this (I use IE in my language and have translated it)
Internet Explorer can't download control.php form a.b.c.d (server IP) .

Any idea why it doesn't work?

Send button on this page also doesn't work. After pressing Send button I have an error:

    Error executing /opt/eset/esets/sbin/esets_quar --send --id='5564597552477849712':
    error[20620000]: Cannot quarantine: Unknown error

    best regards

    Hi markopolo1,

Does it happen with all quarantined files?

A screenshot of your quarantine area showing all quarantined files would be helpful.

    Thanks.

I am testing it on eicar.com file - this is test file for antivirus programs.
It happens on all eicar.com files. I don't have other virus file.

After press download button the standard message appear: Open (Otworz), Save (Zapisz), Cancel (Anuluj) like on the first screenshot.
Maybe there is a problem with Name (Nazwa) ?

After click Save (Zapisz) IE show me the messege which I wrote earlier and is on this screenshot:

ps. Sorry for screenshot language, but I don't have English version OS now.

I have discovered that if I use Firefox it works OK, so problem is in Internet Explorer.

I think it should be fix by Esets programists.
