ESET ESS starts scans at 52%

Vista and running a trial of this software for our company and noticed that when running a 'in-depth' scan..the the meter starts running from 52% on...is this a setup issue...or that 52% of the files can't be bothered with ESET..not including the numerous 'locked' files of Vista...so what actual percent of this $80+ a year software is it scanning?. Could this be, again related to a setting or Vista..because on a Server 2003 it actually starts from 0% and progresses to finish.

 

ISSUE RESOLVED...I purchased VOL lic of Kaspersky for the Company..much better support and response.

 

Yesterday was Boxing Day for many people, an official holiday. Perhaps Eset were daring to take said holiday too? In my opinion, they deserve a break as much as the rest of us.
