Eset does not have HIPS neither in Home or Business edition !

    I would like an explanation for this matter by one of the support team or moderators ?

    you know that HIPS is an important feature and it's available in
    other security programs like Kaspersky 2009 for example !
    and you know that HIPS protects the registry and without it
    Eset doesn't protect registry !

    I've always thought ESS included HIPS. That's what it says in the Help files.

    Yes that's what I though it becuase it's written on their website
    but I downloaded Ess v4.0.424 Home and Business Edition
    and looked and searched everywhere but there was nothing at all concerning HIPS
    and unfortunately this means that Ess doesn't protect the registry
    and that's the most important area in the system

    your an interesting person, you either like the way ESET protects & can accept that or please look elsewhere but please lets have more discussion less rah rah, than big negatives & I would like to point put that the registry is important but so is other areas of your computer...BTW the way you post makes me wonder what your real modivation is...
