eset did not detect threat but I have 3! please help

Okay, I have not clue what to do and tech support has not gotten back to me in 2 days!

I know something is wrong I can no longer search the web. Everytime I do it points me to something else completely.

I did a scan, result no threats.
I went to ESET.com and did a scan, there were THREE threats. But Eset on my desktop is telling me that my updates are current.

If you go to eset and look at the top of the page you can download system inspector,this will give you detail of information on whats running/processes etc.You can look at the log and see if anything looks out the ordinary hidden rootkits and the like.If your unsure you can have eset examine your logs for further assistance,by sending it to eset.
