ESET: Customer requesting "RoM" for servers?

    One of our customer's wants us to configure via ESET Remote Administrator a "RoM" for 500 servers in their enterprise. When asked to define this acronym, they were unable to do so. Could someone help me to define this "RoM" acronym?
