As you've posted a good 4-5 hours after the original post, they probably fixed it by now :)

    Hi Marcos,

For ages we have been using those two in the Update Forum here at Wilders:
    http://www.eset.eu/support/update-xy1
    http://www.eset.com/support/updates.php

And now suddenly you tell us what the correct one is o_O :(
Would you mind when I tell that I'm *ough* a bit surprised *ough*

The EU site gives the right info.
It is the Eset com site where there are problems and/or recent changes....

    Besides of that:
As I posted, the link http://www.eset.com/support/news does give problems.
You can deny it all the way you like, but on my end it is causing problems.

If you would excuse me, I would strongly suggest to get in contact with the Eset Web Team about this all !!!

    PS:
In the past I would have get straight to Anton Zajac, but I don't know if he is in charge at the position now and if not who is now.

I think ESET.com uses Joomla, and it sounds like they haven't enabled the SEO options yet. That's what gives the differeing URLs.

I want to offer my apologies to Marcos about my unfriendly and unpolite postings above in this thread. That was not the way to go, as I did it.
Marcos, I hope you will accept my apologies.

    =====

I should also have been more clear about what does not work for me and how.
    It is this link:
    http://www.eset.com/support/updates.php

It gives me this Eset-404 page:

    http://www.eset.com/404-page-not-found/?searchfor=updates.php&refurl=support%2Fupdates.php

I don't know why it does for me and not for others.
I'm at the moment using a very old laptop with XP-home SP3, IE8, Dutch.

    =====

    I had contact with Ronjor.
He changed the link, that does not work for me (maybe for others too), in the Update Forum Section for NOD32 into the one Marcos gave in this thread.
    Thanks Ron !

    Hi Aryeh,

Thanks; yes, both work for me.

Both are now used in the postings for NOD32/ESS in the Update Alerts Forum here at Wilders.

(I must have missed the building of the new Eset website, due to my moving home and all the stress related to that.)

    Sorry again.

    Regards,
    Jan

    Hello,

The ESET web site is constantly being updated and changed, and it sounds like some of the current changes are affecting paths on the web server, which means bookmarked URLs might temporarily be unavailable while the web team enables page redirection.

Generally speaking, no content has been removed, so if a bookmarked URL returns a "page not found" error, you can try visiting the home page and manually navigating to whatever resource you were looking for and bookmarking that as the new URL.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky
