ESET Admin Console Trial

    I have a quick question I am using a trial version of the admin console and I noticed that all of my settings are reporitng in to the console. for instance if I download the test eicar virus my clinet report it them my console reports it.I have been noticing that the Firewall logs are the only items that do not get logged in the console. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    What version of ESET was installed on your clients? When did you install it?

    It could be that the clients don't have any firewall events, could you please check it?

    They do have events when I go to the client I see data in the firewall log I am using version ESET Smart Security 4

    Hi,

    From the Clients tab in the ERA console, look at the "Last Firewall Alert" column. Do you see anything there?

    Could you paste here the firewall log from one of your clients?
