Error when trying to run Spyware Blaster

I recently installed Spyware Blaster on my computer, however I have not been able to get it to run. Every time i try i get this message:

"The program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it."

I have reinstalled it several times, and have even gotten the setup file from a couple different places and it has not helped. Any ideas?
