Error - TrueImageEnterpriseServerEcho.8163_s_de

    Hi.
    I downlaoded the latest version of TrueImageEnterpriseServerEcho.8163_s_de.
    Then i updated all Computers where the agent is installed too.

    but there is always the following error message, if want to image a computer by using the "Managemend Console".

    The error - message:
    Problem: Kann Computer nicht initialisieren
    Problemdetails: Kann Bibliothek für den Snapshot Manager nicht initialisieren (0x100005)
    Tag = 0x8D5BF87C202E86CB
    Versionskonflikt, die Module haben inkompatible Versionen (0x9)
    code = E0000009)
    Tag = 0xABF5B651C7D88E41


    Sorry but my english is not very well.
    I hope you understand my problem.

    This issue occurred due to incompatible components from another version of our software. To overcome this situation, we recommend you to completely uninstall your software on the PC you trying to connect to.

    Here are the instructions:

    We recommend to uninstall the software completely and the install it from the scratch. Please use the following instructions to uninstall the software:

    1) Uninstall all Acronis components from Add-remove Programs (if present)
    2) Download the Windows CleanUp utility from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/en-us, install and run it. Select all Acronis products hit Remove.
    3) Reboot the machine
    4) Delete the following folders:

    \Program Files\Common Files\Acronis
    \Program Files\Acronis

    5) Start->Run->regedit and delete the following brunch

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Software->Acronis

    7) Remove SnapAPI drivers as described in this article in our Knowledge Base
    8 ) Reboot again
    9) Install the software
