Error! This program has been damaged, possibly a bad sector of the hardrive or a viru

I already checked the Support FAQ's online, and I uninstalled SpywareBlaster, downloaded a new set up exe and re-installed the program: still getting the message. I also have another problem of web pages suddenly quitting out on me and changing to a "Cannot find server". This happens when the pages are idle for a few minutes. AdAware only temporarily fixes the problem, SpyBot is no help either. I'm also running PC Cillen, it found 2 viruses but did not correct the problem. Can someone please help?
