Error: Submitting file for analysis failed.

    Can someone help me.

    I wanted to submit a file for analysis that I'm sure is malware.
    But when I went to submit, I got and error saying "Submitting file for analysis failed". :(

    Please send it to samples[at]eset.com in an archive protected with the password "infected".

    Ok thanks Marcos.
    Is there a file size limit of submitting samples through NOD32? Or is it something that may be fixed in a future release. o_O

    Is there any more news on this topic? :doubt:
    It looks like file size < 3MB otherwise I can't submit a sample through NOD32.

    The best is to send the samples to samples[at]eset.com. As far as I know, there is no size limit (of course, do not send 20 MB or larger files by email).
