error (report code 2197,2533,2526)

If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program for instructions on correcting this error (report code 2197,2533,2526).when i start up my pc i get this fault i reset my clock and still get this startup error
i ve tried removing sb and reloading but
still same can anyone help please.
my system-dell 4600 windowsxp pro' pent4+nvidia6800/x-fi sound card
im very new to forums so i repost this again.
