    Hi--

I have a WinXP box connected to a network. I am trying to scan directories G:\ and H:\. The log file reports that "error opening [4]."

The computer is logged into the network and can see these drives.

How can I get it to scan these drives?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

The #4 exit code is usually a result of the file being in use by another application or the OS. Are those drives in use?

    Hello dgermann,

Can you copy and paste the part of the log that gives you this error? Maybe just a screenshot would work as well. That way we can see more of what is happening.
