I am in process of re-install of Disk suite on a sony notebook computer.
After I initiate install it stops witth error message-
    Error reading OSSSelectorsetup.exefile
I do not understand why this is happening because the down-loaded version was previously installed on this very same computer before crash/reformat.
It has ME/upgraded to XP as an O.system
I need to re-partition because C-drive just to small to function effectivly for me. also will I be able to switch from Fat-32 to NTFS files?
    Thanks for any suggestions

    Hello Tom,

Thank you for using Acronis Disk Director Suite (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/).

Please redownload the installation package from http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/ (using your serial number). Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

We regret to inform you that the current version of Acronis Disk Director Suite doesn't have functionality to convert FAT32 partition to NTFS without data loss. However, you can use a standard Windows command. Please go to Start -> Run... and issue the "cmd" command (without quotes). Then please issue the "convert /?" and follow the instructions.

    Thank you.
