Hi, I've been running an old version of SolidWorks (the CAD program) on my very fast computer. It has been working well for the past 6 months. Suddenly, I can't get the program to open, and I get an error message that lists: ModName: mfc42u.dll. I bought RegCure, which said it could fix this, but it did not work. Please help -- I am desperate to use my favorite old version of this software!!!

    Thank you!

    Welcome Arabinowicz,

SolidWork's throwing the error, correct? How many location's turn up when searching your system for the file?
Tell us whether this computer is online and set to receive automatic update's for other installed program's.

    Hello,
Do you have a Windows CD?
The library might be found on the CD.
