    Hello drmarti4,

Do you have the download link? Can you give any more info on your system such as operating system, firewalls and other security software?

I have Windows XP. I turned off the windows firewall. I am not too computer savvy, but I did uninstall my other antivirus program before trying the trial download.

You should keep your Windows firewall on.

As ESET supports a reseller network, you can get a trial here.

In it works out for you, you should buy from the reseller in your area.

What do you mean by the download link? Is there a better way to download the trial other than the normal download page on the eset website?

Yes, I am seeing the same thing. ESET should rectify this problem as soon as possible.

    Hello,

Please try clearing your web browser's cache and then accessing the web site again. Does that solve the problem?

    Regards,
