When I launch SpywareGuard, a systems error message pops up with the number: H80004005 (-2147467259). The program never gets any further.

Does anyone know how to get around this problem?

    Many thanks.

I don't know how to fix it.

but I have the same exact problem in WinME

    Works OK on XP though.

It is not the missing files fixes in the FAQ.s tried them all.

Could you please try posting any more details about your systems?

i.e. What version of Windows you are running (I know BigBuy has problems running SpywareGuard on Windows ME - are you running the same Gerald?), what language it is, and what other program you typically have starting at boot (such as anti-virus, firewall, etc.)

    Thanks! :)

    Best regards,
