Error loading license key!

    Hi,

    just tried to upgrade our license from 10 to 20 users but I'm getting this:

    Error loading license key! Probably wrong format or signature. (20079,0)

    Has anyone come across this before?

    Hello, I'm going to guess you only just upgraded it online. It may take some time to change so the error might just be something that will go away.

    thanks elapsed,

    we did the upgrade online yesterday, and it's been 24-36 hours since the upgrade. I'll wait a little longer and see what happens.

    This turned out to be an issue with the browser.

    the fix is copy the .LIC to your desktop. Zip it. unzip to the server location.

    problem soved.
