If you are looking to set up dual update profiles then follow the link. If not please provide more details as to the issue you are having.

The screenshot is made of additional options ESET NOD32 v4.2.67.10 on key F1. (see 2.gif)
I want to use it - the citation "If you wish to update the program from two update servers, then it is necessary to create two different update profiles. If the first one fails to download update files, then the program automatically switches to the alternative one. This is suitable for example for notebooks, which normally update from a local LAN update server, but their owners often connect to the Internet in other networks. So if the first profile fails, the second one will automatically download update files from ESET's update servers."

It was possible in old versions or has got from other products then it needs to be removed from a help file.

And if it probably that how to get to this option in additional options?

It certainly is possible to setup dual update profiles for example; if the local mirror fails it will then update from the ESET update servers. This section of the help file is valid as this is an available option. You simply have to implement the following procedure to get there.

    http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN761

The help file talks about the option. The Knowledgebase article explains how to do it.

You can create the profiles under Update in the advanced options. You can select them by editing the Update task in your task manager.
