Error: Failed to run the task

Received error #1364, when I tried to clone a disk. See attachment for the exact error.

When a build 9796 version for the french True image image 2009 ?
I can't run the program !

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

The latest build for the French version of Acronis True Image Home 2009 is build # 9769, you don't need build #9796 to resolve the issue.

Please do the following: Launch the installation file of the program again and select the Repair option. Reboot the computer to complete the changes and see if the issue remains.

Also you can perform the clone operation under Acronis Bootable Rescue Media.
