    I have a problem with Acronis True Image Enterprise Server on Windows Server 2003.

    I have changed the password for Administrator (which was running the backup job) and after that I get the following error message when I try to manually start a job:

    E00640067: Failed to run the task

    Failed to execute the task script. Error #1314 - "A required privilege is not held by the client. (0xFFF0)
    code = FFFFFFFF80070522
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB816".

    Another thing that unfortunately also happened was that I rebooted the server while the backup job was running, I don't know if this has anything to do with this.

    To fix the problem I created a special backup user (that I assigned to the backup job) and placed it in the Backup Operators group, that did not work so I tried adding him to the Domain Admins group which also did not do any good.

    I am running version 9.1 (build 3,633). I have tried to download a product update but I cannot do that without the product key and I don't know where to find that. We have license but someone else in the organisation is probably sitting on that information. If someone knows where I can retrieve the product key from the server I would be happy.

    Any suggestions are welcome.

    Hello waldo6,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    We are sorry for the delayed response.

    Please note that during creation of the scheduled task you have specified the name and password of the user who owns the executed task. Then you have changed the password for this user and now password in Windows and in Acronis True Image does not match. Therefore, you will need to change either information in Windows or in Acronis True Image. You can edit the scheduled task ("Edit the selected task" button on the Active Task panel) and set the correct password. You can find more information on how edit scheduled tasks in Chapter 8.2 "Managing scheduled tasks" in the Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server User's Guide.

    Could you please send a Private Message with information about purchase of Acronis software (order number, e-mail, where did you purchase our product, etc.)? To send Private Message click on the "Acronis Support" in the head of my reply and choose "Send a private message to Acronis Support" item. After that we will provide you with the serial number.

    Thank you.
