    More info on this error in v9 2323:

    This error dialog comes up when attempting to use various functions in TI - specifically:

    1. Upon Program startup.

    2. After executing the Create Backup Wizard and selecting The Entire Disk Contents or Individual Partition - can't continue after that.

    3. After executing the Restore Data Wizard - continues after that but won't see secure zone.

    4. After executing the Plug Image - continues after that but won't see secure zone.

    5. After executing the Check Archive - continues after that but won't see secure zone.

    I DID create a secure zone after booting with the rescue media, and CAN access the secure zone and the archive within it when I either boot from the rescue media or when selecting F11 when booting to go into the startup manager -

    I have also tried to completely uninstall 2323, reinstall 2302, uninstall 2323, reinstall 2323, all the time with the same error as above...

    Does anyone else seem to have this particular issue? Figured I would give it a shot...

    Thanks,
    Mark.

    Hello mhallerman,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

    If the problem still persists then enable logging by running the Acronis drivers installation package once again, reproduce the problem and collect the c:\snapapi.log file.

    Please also create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Please also make a screen shot of the Device Tree application:

    - Download and unpack the Device Tree application;

    - Run the application;

    - Completely unfold the \Driver\Disk and \Driver\FtDisk branches;

    - Move the margin to the left in order to see all the items;

    - Make a screen shot;

    Note that the application may crash the system when you exit, so we recommend you to save all your work and close other programs prior to running it.

    Submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
