Error Creating packages with ERAC under Windows 7

Perhaps it's just a silly parameter to be set in Windows 7 but I'm unable to find a good fix to let ERAC creating a package .

My environment:
ERAS: Installed under Windows 2008 R2 ENG as VM
ERAC: Installed under Windows 7 Pro ENG
EAV client: Installed under Windows XP

If I try to create a package from ERAC under Windows 7, clicking save (step when the package is transferred to the ERAS) ERAC freezes.

If I use ERAC installed under XP not problem at all instead.

Sometime I get the message:
"An error occurred during request to the server. (10052, -103)"

Any suggestion?
