Error Code 4

    Upstate South Carolina
    I have cleaned a friends computer of a bunch of maleware. I am trying to install SpywareBlaster. Every time I start to run SpywareBlaster I get the error: Error unpacking program code, 4. Notify author. Can anyone advise me of what I am missing/doing wrong. o_O o_O
