Buttons and OSDs ACPI driver gen2, my Win7 says this in 'Device Manager' (Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) and I've tried looking everywhere online so I hoped you all could help me out pleeease also sorry if posted in wrong area? All I'm trying to do is plug my new HTC One S in but it won't connect because of this driver issue and I've tried updating it but it won't, I've installed and uninstalled the HTC drivers plus restart of pc and I also have HTC Sync Manager installed and that has no issues?
I recently got an "Error Code 19" myself. My problem was with driver issues with my CD/DVD drive. I also have Win 7, and I did find some solutions here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...ntScope.Filter=windows_7&askingquestion=False I did not find a solution that worked for me at the Windows Community Forums, so I ended up doing a system restore to resolve my particular problem.
