Error #50: The request is not supported (0xFFF0)

    Acronis True Image Home 2009 Build No 9709 on Win XP Pro SP3
    I am new to ATIH 2009 and I have been having a lot of trouble setting up scheduled backups. I have been reading this forum and learning a lot, but I am still feeling my way.

    Yesterday I downloaded and installed Scheduler Update.zip. Today, when trying, yet again, to set up a scheduled backup, I got this error:

    "Error#50: The request is not supported (0xFFF0)".

    I clicked "OK" and the scheduled backup task appeared in the list of scheduled tasks as if it has been correctly created and is ready to go at 1900 today.

    What is the above error? Have I got a correctly set up scheduled backup task or not?
