I cannot install any software because I get the following message:

error 1704. an installation for Paragon Virtualization Manager 2010 for VirtualBox Professional Special Edition is currently suspended. You must undo the changes made by that intallation to continue. Do you want to undo those changes?
    YES - NO buttons

--which I choose NO because I do not want to uninstall this software which I got from Give Away of the Day. (One time install.)

The "Paragon Virtualization Manager 2010 for VirtualBox Professional Special Edition" seems to have installed correctly so I would rather not "UNDO THOSE CHANGES" if it will remove this software.

How do I verify the installation is in fact complete?

Will Clicking YES indeed remove the Virtualization Manager?

How do I tell the registry that the installation is complete?

    (XP MCE SP3)

If installation package is already extracted from archive, provided by GAOTD, then you can use it any time you want.

    The best way is to:
    1. Select YES
    2. Reboot
    3. Check if Vitrualization manager doesn't appear in Add\Remove programs in Control panel
If it is there, perfrom Uninstall and reboot.
    4. Disable antivirus
    5. Run installation again and reboot
