Error 1325.hotcorex64 is not a valid short file name.

    I'm trying to update Paragon Backup & Recovery 10 Home Special Edition into the GAOTD version.

    This error occurs whenever I try Programs and Features, the Paragon uninstaller, the old installer, or the GAOTD installer.

    Please assist me in finding the right solution.

    Looks like the special edition wasn't updated after all (even though I got mine more than 9 months ago). After extracting the installers, I found the setup files to have identical checksums.

    Still I would like to be able to change/install/repair/uninstall Paragon properly once I do update or move to another product.
