Error #1,385 Logon Failure

Hi,

I have v8 build 786 and running XP Pro with SP2. When I try to create an image I get this:

"Failed to execute the task script. Error #1,385 - "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer."

I thought the Acronis Scheduler service may have been disabled but it was set to automatic and is running in the background. Then I tried uninstalling Acronis but it gives me the message "Acronis could not be uninstalled". Please help me. Thanks in advance.

 

I figured out what happened. It took some digging but I found that I accidentally removed an important user group in the local security policy. Once I restored the default logon rights everything worked.
