   I read where ~ and how ~ to erase deleted email from Outlook Express and am wondering if someone knows how to do this also from Yahoo Email?

   I doubt erasing mail from Yahoo's servers is possible other than just a common delete.
   
   You could try safe-mail.net to encrypt your mail. Even then, who do you trust?
   
   Best way to protect your email is from your computer, using encryption.
