Is there a way to specify the syslog server? IE, have the ERAS on 192.168.1.100 and the syslog on 192.168.1.150 and tell ERAS to syslog to .150?

    Hello,

The way you specify the syslog server is this:

    1. Open the ERAC, then click Tools > Server options.
    2. Click the advanced tab, then click the edit advanced settings button.
    3. In the configuration editor that opens, expand ESET Remote Administrator > ERA Server > Setup > logging.
    4. The 3rd to last option is the syslog server name. Enter the appropriate server name here. You can also specify the port and the syslog facility here. When finished, save it, then click OK in server options.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,

    Matt
