ERAS install exit without any errors

win2003 32b double click the package, then to allow license, next to choose typical or advanced, no matter which of them chosen and click next, the install process will be exit, noting error shows us, I try to check the temp files, the regediter info, the install directory, be sure all rubbish files or services or driver files of ESET cleaned, but still be failed like that. attachment is the manual ESET install error report and pc running log before install eras. pls help, very thx.

 

Try re-downloading the most recent version of the install package for ESET RA server version 4.0.138.0.

Verify that antivirus, or any other security software such as firewalls are not interfering.

Verify that you have the most recent of the Windows installer, and that it is working properly:

Ensure that you have the proper permissions, in order to install this software application on the server.
