ERA installation error

it happened when i tried to update my ERAC and ERAS(3.0.161). I uninstalled the previous version and restart my computer and then i installed the latest Chinese simplified version. But it just could not go on...
I tried to reinstall the old version but it cannot go through either. and I cleared up all the junk information in regedit and temp files but it is not helpful...

anybody could help? It's urgent!!!

Hi hopetobe,

See if putting the .lic file on the C:\ drive instead of E:\ allows the installation to complete.
