enet smart security

Just got a username/password and tried down loading the 32 bit version to no avail. Not getting past the username/password. Got another email from enet about licences but only appear to have gif files included. any ideas?

Just to add i did email the contact at Enet, but there not back until 4th Jan

 

Hey patboy,

-The username and password are case sensitive and the hyphen in the username is required
-The password is ten characters long and lowercase
-When copying and pasting, make sure you do not select an extra blank space
-We do not use the letter "L" in passwords, use the number one (1) instead
-A big "0" is the number zero, a small "o" is the lowercase letter o
-Make sure you are downloading the correct version for your license (i.e. home vs business license, nod32 vs smart security)
