I'm trialing eam......although I've activated the trial 2 hours ago, it shows 29 days remaining......in the website it says 30+3 days.......oh well, it seems light....no conflicts so far.....except for during installation quick scan it flagged WRkrn.sys (WSA driver) as high risk rootkit......and the surf protection notified me of blocking toolbar.mystart.com and let it block.......but now found out it's related to webroot.......let's see how it goes......

May I ask where it says that? That is clearly outdated and we would love to update it :).

I have free version of EAM installed, just for on-demand scans about once a week, but it won't let me install Mamutu at the same time, despite no real-time protection from EAM. Is there any way round this without uninstalling EAM?

Not possible. You cannot have EAM and Mamutu on your system at the same time because of they use some of the same files such as a2service.exe

You could always use Emsisoft Emergency pack instead of the free version, though EEK still isn't on v6.

    Straight from Fabian:

Since Emsisoft Anti-Malware 6.0 you can no longer use Mamutu alongside Emsisoft Anti-Malware. You will either have to use the Emsisoft Emergency Kit for your scans, which doesn't make use of any service at all and requires no installation, or switch from Mamutu to the full version of Emsisoft Anti-Malware (which can be configured to only do behavior based real time protection like Mamutu). If the later is an option for you, I will gladly look into the possibility of converting your Mamutu license into an Emsisoft Anti-Malware license. Anyone have issues with high CPU usage with EAM 6?

Downloaded the trial on one of my PCs and during a scan the CPU hits between 80% and 100%. Idle usage is OK though.
