Emailed U and P

When registering NOD say you can only have ISP type email addresses... However, if I get my email from the ISP address re-directed to my Hotmail address... will the registration email still come through

I gather you are from Australia. The answer is yes, this will work.

Freemail addresses such as @hotmail, @yahoo, @gmail etc are not acceptable due to the large amount of fraudulent attempts at purchase which then incurs costs in refunds to the genuine owner of the credit card, cancellation of the license and labor involved to action all of this.

Yes am from Oz,... well what happens then if that email was never received but it appeared on the credit card statement as being deducted

 

Email sales @ nod32.com.au and explain that it never arrived. Though anything outside of a week would be hard to explain, as the majority of people would query a non received license within a day or so.
