Email notifications of events: body empty

    Hi All,

    I use ESS 4.2.71.2 and I would like to test the possibility for ESS to send emails when events occur.
    I configured this, and I effectively receive mails now (Outlook 2010).

    The subject of the message is OK (expl. "ESET security warning").

    But the body of the message is empty.:(

    Any idea? Thank you so much.

    Do you have scanning of rtf message bodies disabled?

    "Scan RTF email body" is disabled in ESET Smart Security.

    Try the following, one at a time, and see when the issue stops occurring:
    - disable scanning of received email
    - disable scanning of read email
    - disable POP3 checking
    - disable integration with your email client

    Let us know which of the above mentioned options resolves the issue.
