Hi, newbie here - great forum.

Not sure where to ask this but, I have just switched to using Thunderbird 3 (Mozilla) for email (instead of MS outlook). the question is, do I need to set Nod 32 up to protect my incoming eamils? - is there a plugin that I should activate?

in the nod control panel - it says that email client protection is enabled but I cannot tell if it is working with Thunderbird - in OUtlook there was an Eset icon in the tool bar

I stopped using Outlook for several reasons but one was that it did not like Nod 32

    Thanks

    Ian (Wales)

If you receive email via POP3, it's scanned regardless of what email client you have. If you receive email via IMAP and want to have it scanned, you'll need to install EAV 4.2.22 which is currently available as a beta and has support for Thunderbird 3 incorporated.
