I have a little problem with the backup of my Outlook.
Because I had a little problem with my PC I did a full baclup of my E-mail 07-09.
Then I restore the full backup of my pc from 26-08.
When the restore was ready I started up my pc en did the recovery for my email What I saw is that Acronis did not recovered my e-mails.
The newest e-mail was from 26-08. Why Acronis did not recovered my e-mails? I'm using Vista with Outlook 2007

You should be able to explore the backup image, browse to the location of the PST and copy it to your hard drive somewhere.

Ok I browse to the location where normaly you expect a pst file .
    Like

    C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\

But when I go there the first what I see is a folder Contacts and no AppData

C:\Users\User\Contacts\ so I can not find pst file

    Is the folder hidden?

Turn on "Show hidden files and folders" in Windows Explorer:

Tools > Folder Options > 'View' tab > Advanced settings > "Hidden files and folders > Show hidden files and folders

Yes I did that already but I still can't see the folder and there is no pst file.
When I explore my full backup of my C: drive I can navigate into C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\ and there is a pst file.
    It's little weard.

When you do your file and folder based backups is your Outlook open or closed?

    Raevmi and Thamuz,

Outlook 2007 is not supported by TI 10 yet. Acronis Support has said in other posts that they plan to add other apps, but (as usual) there is no date as to when this will be.

In my Vista/Office 2007 setup, my PST file is located in C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

If you can't find it there, it may be somewhere else. Try an Advanced Search for all *.PST files and include hidden and system files.

However, if the PST file is in the standard location when you browse the backup image, then there is probably something else not set right to let you see it on your computer.
