    eliteles32.exe to be found in windows\system\ hijacks IE to pop up ads about every minute even if IE isn't loaded, and can be removed even though it's persistant, if you first do a remove programs route, then go the shutdown/restart to dos and while in dos you del windows/system/elite*.*, then in msconfig you go startup and disable "antiware c:\windows\system\ELITELES32.EXE"
