    Hello,

I have strange problem. When using Firefox for browsing the computer hangs for some time. I have found out that it is coused by ekrn.exe taking 100% of cpu load. When I disable nod32 everything works ok. What can be a problem?
I have tried to reinstall Firefox (without addons) and Nod32 but it has not helped.

    Thanks in advance.

    System Vista 32bit (service pack1)

ps. Even when I type this message it freezes for few seconds :/

Does disabling real-time or web protection module make a difference? Do you use default settings? From what you have written I gather that the problem is not related to downloading files but it occurs while browsing only. Please confirm that you're using the latest version of EAV 4.0.437 and post here you hw spec as well.
