When I run Packet Builder under a regular user account in Windows XP, as opposed to the Administrator account, I am unable to edit layer 2,3,4 headers, however I can edit data payloads. What permissions do I need to change in order to edit the entire packet under a regular user account.

    Thanks

Colasoft Packet Builder cannot work correctly under a regular user account. You can only run Packet Builder as administrator to edit the entire packet.
