I created an image of my E:\ drive, and then tried the 'explore' option
to create a local drive copy of the image, called 'K:\'. I haven't tried,
but - can I delete files from K:\, and if I do does it delete them from the
    TrueImage .tib file?

This would be handy, to edit the .tib file to fit on particular media, eg DVD-RW.

    Thanks in advance,

No you can't delete them from the 'explored' image drive - it's read only.
Of course, you can copy the files you want to a CD or DVD disk (obviously you need a CD or DVD writer).
You could even create a new partition, copy the files you want to it and then use TrueImage to create a .tib image (possibly compressed) of that partition if you really wanted just those files.

    That's a shame.

Perhaps I could request this as a feature for a future version? It would be a very useful feature to me.

Is this the appropriate place to request this (is this forum actively monitored by Acronis) or do I need to send a seperate email somewhere?

    Thanks,
