Echo Workstation: Problems converting TIB to VMDK

Hi there,

I just installed a trial of Echo Workstation and created a image of my Server's boot partition (20GB). Now I'm trying to convert this image to a VMDK image with the built in functionality of Echo Workstation. This doesn't work as expected, and gives me an error 'invalid arguments' in Module 20 with Errorcode 1(0x3C001). Converting the image to a Virtual PC File works flawlessly.

Any idea what's going wrong here?

Could you please collect some information to let us investigate the problem thoroughly?

Please also collect the application log of the operation:
- run the program;
- select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;
- select the log with error messages;
- click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon).

Please also create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post on the machine the image was taken from.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
