    hi! after having the Trueimage Echo server working fine for a while, I've got today this error while attempting to do a full backup:
    Unable to create volume snapshot (0x70021)
    Tag = 0xA5695862AAF8E692
    Snapshot Status: Erhalten fehlgeschlagen. (0x10C44A)
    Tag = 0x14181C22EF45AEE3
    Für diesen Befehl ist nicht genügend Speicher verfügbar (0xFFF0)
    code = 8007000:cool:
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AFAktion mit der Partition "0-0" wurde abgebrochen.
    Free space on first harddisk is about 3 GB, on the other about 30 GB.
    Error is independent from chosen target: even if using a FTP space with huge amount of free space, same error!
    Any help is really appreciated!!
    Thanks!!

    Hello ophth1,

    Thank you for using Acronis Server Backup software.

    The issue is probably caused by another another software interfering with Acronis True Image. If you submit a request for technical support with the attached SnapApi log file this would let us to find out the reason of the issue. You can collect mentioned file in the following way:
    - download SnapAPI drivers update;
    - install this package (you should choose to install it with enabled logging);
    - pick up log file in C: folder.

    Thank you
